Don Falcone (of Spaceship Eyes) joins avant space/trance group Thessalonians to make an intensely hypnotic and pulsating electro-rock album. Tracks of medium (5-8 mins) to longer (11 mins) are joined by short 'bridges' to form an almost uninterrupted space trip that is part latter day Tangerine Dream and part electronica and part ambient music (ala Kit Watkins). At lower volumes this is the perfect backdrop to some casual conversation or a hip cocktail party. At higher volumes this becomes the soundtrack to a space trip (both inner & outer) that rivals the best of the German scene and beyond. Warning! Nothing here sounds the least bit like Genesis, Yes, or Marillion! So if you are looking for something in the conventional 'prog rock' vein check out some of our other offerings. But, if you seek something that is multi-fuctional and ultimately adventurous then check out Thessalonians!
