"I wrote these three long ambient pieces as a meditation on death. This is not intended to be any darker and gruesome than the subject matter, it is what it is." [Crop Circle Collective] The music on this ambient/electronic disc by Star Period Star/9 On Bali leader Dan Sweigert is very impressionistic and recalls the heyday of German electronic experimentalism. If you enjoy Conrad Schnitzler, very early Klaus Schulze, very early Cluster or modern electronic composers like Morton Subotnik then you may well enjoy this pretty great CDR.
